Water View Retreat | spacious 3br w/ lanai

One of the better appointed places we have stayed at. Everything we needed in the kitchen for a little baking and dinner. Very comfortable for our group of 5. Quiet neighborhood, great location. Enjoyed our stay!

Really enjoyed our time here. We arrived in the evening and immediately went out to the screened porch - ended up spending most of our time there just unwinding. Watched the ducks swimming around and even saw a couple turtles, which the kids thought was awesome.<br/>The house has a warm, cozy feel to it. You can tell the owners actually care about the place - everything was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Nice to have a full setup rather than the bare minimum you sometimes get in rentals.<br/>Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Location made it easy to grab dinner nearby without driving far, but once you're back at the house it's nice and peaceful.<br/>Will definitely try to book again when we're back in Jacksonville. Just a solid, comfortable place that's convenient but still feels like a retreat.

Marilyn was the best host. We was in Jacksonville for my wife's kidney transplant, and neededa comfortable place for a month and Marilyn's place was very accommodating, and the space was very comfortable and conveniently located to all we needed. We will recommend this location and hopefully we will be able to use this location again. THANKS Marilyn, God bless you and your family.
